Processing Time
We pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). We don’t ship on weekends or holidays, but we’ll get your order out ASAP!

You’ll see all available shipping options and prices at checkout. Typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Heads up: shipping times might vary depending on your location or carrier delays (especially during busy seasons).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow it every step of the way.
Where We Ship
Right now, we’re only shipping within United States. We're working on expanding, so stay tuned!

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or something’s not right—don’t worry. Just shoot us an email at [Insert Email Address] within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not working out, here’s how we handle returns:

Return Window
You’ve got 14 days after you receive your order to request a return. Items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging


What Can’t Be Returned
We can’t accept returns on opened or used essential oils (for hygiene and safety reasons), unless the product is damaged or defective.

How to Return Something
Email us at info@valleykare.com with your order number and a quick note about why you’re returning. We’ll send you next steps.
Refunds
Once we get your return and check it over, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. This usually takes about 5–7 business days.

Need an Exchange?
If your item arrived damaged or there was a mix-up, we’re happy to replace it. Just contact us and we’ll sort it out.

Return Shipping Costs
You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
