Processing Time
We pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). We don’t ship on weekends or holidays, but we’ll get your order out ASAP!
You’ll see all available shipping options and prices at checkout. Typical delivery times are:

Lost or Damaged Packages

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not working out, here’s how we handle returns:

What Can’t Be Returned
We can’t accept returns on opened or used essential oils (for hygiene and safety reasons), unless the product is damaged or defective.
How to Return Something

Refunds
Once we get your return and check it over, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. This usually takes about 5–7 business days.
Need an Exchange?
If your item arrived damaged or there was a mix-up, we’re happy to replace it. Just contact us and we’ll sort it out.
